Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") complements the Terms of Service ("Terms") of by OnvoLabs LTD ("OnVo", "we", "us" or "our"), and outlines the circumstances under which users ("you") may be eligible for a refund for purchases made on our Site, including subscriptions and tokens. By using our Services, you agree to this Policy, as part of our Terms. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not make any purchases on our Site.

1) Subscription Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Services until the end of your subscription term, but it will not be renewed after that point.

2) Refund Eligibility. Refunds for subscription fees or tokens will only be considered if requested within 24 hours of the transaction. After the 24-hour window, all fees are non-refundable. This includes situations where the subscription auto-renews, provided you had the opportunity to cancel prior to the renewal date. If you have used 20 tokens since activating your subscription, you will also not be issued a refund even if you request it within the 24-hour window. Regarding token purchases, we will not refund any purchases of token packages if a token from the token package has already been used, even if the refund was requested within the 24-hour window.

3) Exceptional Circumstances

a) On a case-by-case basis, we may consider issuing refunds or credits in situations we deem exceptional. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, system errors that affect your use of the Services, or if you have been charged in error.

4) Process for Requesting Refunds. To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] detailing your refund request, including the reason for the request, the date of purchase, and the email or account associated with the purchase. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5) Changes to This Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our Site. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
