Restricted User Content Policy

• Violates any applicable laws, including but not limited to content that is illegal, promotes illegal activities, or infringes upon the legal rights of others;
• Constitutes sensitive or special categories of personal data relating to a third party as defined under applicable privacy laws without explicit consent, including but not limited to information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or sexual orientation;
• Infringes or results in the infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity, or any other rights of third parties.
• Is in furtherance of illegal, fraudulent, or violent activities, or involves stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorized materials.
• Is offensive, including material that promotes hate, violence, bigotry, or any entity associated with such causes.
• Is racially or ethnically insensitive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or promotes discrimination against any individual or group;
• The content contains material that is harmful and exploitative towards minors, such as child pornography, sexual exploitation, or any type of harassment, including any AI-generated User Content that resembles or exploits the likeness of minors;
• Includes advertising or other commercial content without OnVo's prior written consent;
• Disseminates false information, misinformation, conspiracy theories, or harmful advice that poses a risk to the health, safety, or well-being of individuals;
• Promotes, phishing, or any form of malicious activities, including but not limited to the distribution of malware, fraudulent schemes, or any other actions intended to deceive, harm, or exploit users;
• Contains content that is invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or that otherwise violates any rights of any third party;
• Impersonates any real individuals, public figures, or celebrities in any manner;
• Includes viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other harmful or disruptive components;
• Encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations; and/or
• Incites, glorifies, promotes, or provides instructions for violence, self-harm, or harm towards others, including but not limited to suicide, terrorism, or any form of physical or psychological harm.

2) Prohibited Activities.In addition to the aforementioned restrictions on User Content and without derogating from the Terms of Service or any other OnVo policy, OnVo expressly prohibits the following activities on its platform:

• Advertising or Commercial Use. Users are strictly prohibited from using OnVo's services for any form of advertising or commercial purposes without obtaining OnVo's prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, the promotion of goods, products, services, digital products or services or ventures whether directly or indirectly through links or references to other websites or platforms or through unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation
• Unsolicited Contact. Users must refrain from contacting other users outside of OnVo's services. This includes any attempts to communicate through external emails, social media platforms, or other messaging services for purposes not authorized by OnVo.
• Offering Goods or Services. Users are prohibited from offering any goods, services, or any form of compensation to other users within the OnVo platform. This prohibition extends to soliciting users to join other services, platforms, or engaging in transactions external to OnVo's services.
• Referrals to External Websites. Users are forbidden from directing, referring, or encouraging other users to visit external websites, platforms, or services through links, codes, or any other means. This includes any attempts to bypass OnVo's services for communication, transactions, or interactions that can otherwise be conducted on the OnVo platform.
• Data Mining and Scraping. Users are prohibited from employing any automated systems or software to extract data from OnVo's website or services for commercial purposes, commonly known as data mining or scraping.
• Unauthorized Use of OnVo's Brand. Users may not use OnVo's trademarks, logos, or brand in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by OnVo without explicit permission from OnVo.

3) Monitoring and Enforcement. OnVo employs a combination of automated systems and human oversight to monitor content and user interaction on its platform to ensure compliance with this policy.

5) Actions for Non-compliance. OnVo may remove content, modify content, suspend accounts, or take legal action for violations.
